Our Policy

Due to the nature of our research-grade products, Axiom Labs Scientific Research does not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, you must contact our customer support team at support@axiompeplabs.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for resolution.

When contacting us, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will review your claim and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for the following reasons: change of mind, incorrect order placed by the customer, or product stored or handled improperly after delivery. All sales are final outside of the damaged product policy above.
