Processing & Shipping Times
Axiom Labs Scientific Research is committed to getting your order out as quickly as possible. We aim to ship all orders the same business day when placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. While we do our best to meet same-day shipping, occasional carrier delays may impact fulfillment times outside of our control.
Packaging
All orders are packaged securely and discreetly to ensure product integrity during transit. Our peptides are shipped in protective packaging designed to maintain stability throughout delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. All products are sold strictly for research purposes and must comply with all applicable laws in your state and jurisdiction.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at support@axiompeplabs.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
